GUIDELINES
The abstract should be uploaded until January 10, 2026 and should include the title of the session, title of the work and name of the authors with affiliation and email (max. 200 words); abstract text with maximum of 4000 characters including spaces. Submission of the abstracts will be exclusively online through the website of the event (http://www.ssagi2026.org/)

Submission guidelines
All abstracts must be submitted via the online system following the sequential rules described below:
1 – Contributions will be accepted according to the model available to fill in the fields directly on the website, in English and, if desired, include references – a maximum of 3 (no figures will be accepted);
2 – All fields marked with * are mandatory
3 – Text limit: 4000 characters (including spaces). Title, authors and affiliation are excluded in the sum of characters. Please, do not use text compression or character shortening in the main text.
4 – The abstract must be written in plain text – with no figures, maps, graphs or sub-items. These options can be used by authors in oral or poster presentations during the event.

5 – Any error, whether in typing, spelling, etc., will be the sole responsibility of the author(s).
6 – The summary will be published online.
7 – Each author registration will allow the submission of 02 abstracts.
8 – The evaluation of abstracts will be carried out by the Scientific Committee, taking into account: (i) the relationship of the abstract with the theme of the Symposium or Technical-Scientific Session; (ii) the presentation of some technical-scientific contribution; and (iii) that do not contain conceptual errors.
9 – Authors can indicate their preference for a poster or oral presentation. However, the Organizing Committee will be responsible for the final modality.
10 – A certificate per abstract will be provided to the registered author, mentioning the names of all authors.
11 – The abstracts may be disclosed or even published, at the discretion of the Scientific Committee, without any payment of royalties to their authors. By registering, they expressly accept and grant this option to the event organizers, who are aware of the non-profit nature of the event as a community service.
