The Organizing Committee of the XIV South American Symposium on Isotope Geology (SSAGI 2026), to be held from April 13th to 16th in Montevideo, is pleased to invite you to actively participate in this landmark event for our community.

We recognize that university laboratories and research centers are the heart of geochronological and isotopic advancement in our region. Therefore, we have designed specific proposals aimed at highlighting your analytical capabilities and facilitating the attendance of your work teams, fostering technical exchange and human resources training.

Below, we present institutional participation designed specifically for the academic sector:

THE ACADEMIC BOOTH (High Visibility)

Ideal for laboratories wishing to promote their services, equipment, and attract new users or collaborations.

This modality allows you to have a physical meeting point throughout the event, strategically located in high-traffic areas and near coffee breaks.

Institutional Investment: USD 500

The package includes:

1. Exhibition Space: A [Dimensions: 2x2m] booth equipped with a table, chairs, and a panel for posters/institutional branding.
2. Included Registrations: Two (2) full congress registrations. This ensures the booth can be staffed in shifts, allowing your representatives (researchers or technicians) to also attend the scientific sessions of their interest.
3. Brand Presence: Logo on the website (under «Academic Partners») and in the final program.

EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT «EXTENDED TEAM»:

By contracting an Academic Booth, all additional members of your laboratory (not covered by the initial 2 registrations and limited to 6 extra registrations) will be eligible to register at the Graduated Early Bird Rate, regardless of the category (professional or student) and the payment date (valid until the start of the event).
